Neds Review Australia

Neds has swiftly risen to become one of Australia’s top bookmakers, especially for horse racing. It offers a wide range of markets, features, and competitive odds. The 24/7 customer support, user-friendly mobile app for both Apple and Android, and multiple instant deposit options like PayPal make it one of our top picks. They also offer the widest range of money back specials of any Australian bookie.

About Neds

Launched in 2017 by Dean Shannon, former CEO of Ladbrokes Australia, Neds has rapidly emerged as a powerhouse in the Australian betting scene. Acquired by Entain, the parent company of Ladbrokes shortly after its inception, the site combines Shannon’s extensive industry experience with Ladbrokes’ resources to deliver a top-notch betting experience.

Neds particularly exceeds expectations in the horse racing department, offer punters an overload of information, such as full-form guides, track information, and live streaming for all Australian and key international races. Neds also provides a host of innovative betting products, such as same-race multis, money tracker feature and my personal favourite – Neds Filter Form.

If you’re a punter who knows how to loose, Neds is the site for you. They have the widest range of money back and extra chance promotions. Just at the time of writing, Neds has money back specials for Same game multis (All sports), Horse Racing, Sports Multis, Quaddies, UFC, Trifectas. As a shit punter myself, I have accumulated more bet refunds from Neds than any other site.

While horse racing is undoubtedly Neds’ forte, the platform is far from a racing-only platform. It also offers a wide range of betting options across various sports including cricket, AFL, NRL, motorsports, and even niche categories like bull riding. Their odds are competitive, adding value across a broad spectrum of sports and racing events.

User experience is another highlight. The website and app are be user-friendly, quick, and with a clean and intuitive interface that makes navigation a breeze. If i’m punting from home, Neds is one of my go-to websites. The app is available for both Apple and Android phones.

Neds also has a great blog, with daily tips and news across all sporting and racing codes.

Neds Betting Markets

Being owned and operated by Ladbrokes, Neds has no shortage of betting markets. If you’ve got something in mind, chances are Neds will have a market for it. This includes more niche sports, like pool, darts, and non-sports with a range of political markets, e-sports and novelty betting options.

Neds App

Neds has gone from one of my least favourite Apps, to one the best apps Available. It is quick, intuitive and looks great. It has had a serious glow up. More importantly, the annoying betslip bug has been fixed (if you know, you know). Following in the footsteps of Dabble and Sportsbet, Neds has introduced ‘groups’ – where you can share bets, talk trash and start a syndicate. I find Ned’s groups a lot more intuitive than Sportbets’ bet with mates.

Ned Website

Just like the App, the Neds website is quick and easy to use. You can use all the same features from the app, on the website. The Ned’s website is one of my Favourite’s to use for at-home, non-pub punting. Again the filter form stands out here, when you want to do a bit of racing research, but don’t have the time or patience to do it properly.

Neds Odds

If you are familiar with Ladbrokes’ odds, then you already know the odds you will receive on Neds. They are almost always identical. The odds remain pretty competitive, and usually out perform both Sportsbet and Tab. This is especially clear when creating same game multis. Seriously, if you still use Sportsbet for your same games, it’s time to make the switch.
